It's an actual dice-based RPG, rather than a free-write one.  Characters are more like typical folks thrust into an investigation of Lovecraft-esque supernatural terror, rather than heroic supermen who go seeking adventure.  Of course, as such they are subject to the horror, insanity, and messy deaths that accompany such things.

Yeah, as the GM, I do all of the dice rolls, then tell you what you found or what happened; you then write up your post. It's set in Lovecraft's world, and as such, is more about discovering things, and unraveling my fiendish plot. I'm going to move it over here when I have a few hours.

Whoa, is this really a thing again? Do you want new characters, or should I import my dudes from the last incarnation?

On that note, do you still want each of us to have multiple characters in play? It was a little clumsy, and seemed to lend itself to each individual player having his own clique; but it's certainly workable if that's what you want.

I recall having some notes taken down regarding the components of the foreign agent in the zombie's blood and the occult links to them, as well as some things about the elder May's travels and how they relate to the dude at the Historical Society... I definitely recall having a theory as to the identity of the "artifact," but I'll keep mum on that for now. Twisted Evil
